3seeds is open!

Just a mini-post to express my excitement - the former owners of Podfood (the place from whence I learned how to make the legendary sweet potato mash) have finally opened up their new cooking school/cafe/shop, 3seeds!  Check it out at http://3seeds.com.au/index.php/news/ or pop out to Majura Park (near the mega Supa Barn and Jim Murphy's Airport Cellars) to check it out.

Which reminds me, I haven't cooked a single piece of pastry since I took their pastry-making class in September.  Well, I guess I have my next project...

I also promise to share that sweet potato mash recipe - I have had dinner party guests literally lick the serving spoon to get the last bits of this dish.
